Upcoming focused issue—Adolescent Gynecology by Dr. Maria Demma Cabral and Dr. Dilip R Patel

This Focused Issue on Adolescent Gynecology, guest edited by Dr. Maria Demma Cabral add Dr. Dilip R Patel, aims to highlight the state-of-art information on physiology of pubertal development, long acting reversible contraception and disorders of breasts in females, and amenorrhea, abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, human papilloma virus infection, vulvovaginal infections in adolescents, as well as gonadal dysgenesis and emergency contraception use. We wish to cross fertilize topics from a pool of international repute and bring them to clinical, scientific and academic platform to portray their viewpoints, results and experiences.
